Mc Donald's Ottery (Cape Town)

I am disgusted with the service from Mc Donalds Ottery in cape town as well as the call centre. I placed a order on the app and waited over 2hrs for feedback with regards to my order. I then decided to call the call centre where i was placed on hold without being told that they were going to place be on hold for almost 15mins. I then received a call from the so called store manager who was rude and she then advised that she only has one driver and that she cant help it. i then waited another hour and still nothing. She then called again and advised that there is still on driver by this time i decided to cancel the order and she said she doesn't know how it works to cancel a app order (and she's the store manager wow) i then called the call centre again and they advised that the will cancel the order and i will receive my refund within 7 days. it's been more than 7 days and still nothing. This is disgusting service!
