Mc Donalds Observatory SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Mc D's Observatory is the worse ever, since they revamped there service is pathetic, i always wait forever when i order there and today i ordered for staff working over time its an hour and still no food, i called the said they on there way 30 mins ago, everyone is going home already still no food. Now the phone is just ringing, im disgusted by there service and all the staff is home hungry, what must i do which all the food ordered!!!!!!!!!
