Mc donalds must check their staff

i just place an order with McDonald's bluff few minutes ago and i received an incomplete order i was told the rest of my stuff was not purchased for to which i clearly stated to the person taking my order This is not the first time an incident is happening to me The first time i went in the morning and they had mw waiting 35/45 minutes in a drive through which is so ridiculous why is it called a drive through when we literally parked off
