Mc Donald’s Menlyn mall is the worst Mc D in PTA

I bought a Big Mac and Kids meal for my pregnant wife and daughter.

She forgot to say milkshake with the order and before she left the till she asked if it can be made a milkshake.

The manager by the name of Phumzile told us she can’t change the order and we must buy milkshake separately..

I did to avoid arguing… I work hard for my money and for me to be told I can’t get what I’m paying for is very sad…

I thought Mc Donald’s was for families???? I don’t think I would support if this is the attitude I get for spending my money at your store
