Mc Donalds Mall at reds...not enough stock and toppings next to the burger

So on Sunday we went to go and get food, it was a long day and we all wanted some McDonalds. The burgers were really not great, like half of the stuff lying next to the burgers. And then we were told that we had to wait to see if there were enough nuggets for the kids. And then after that we were told no sauces except tomato sauce was available.

How does this work?

Service use to be great at the Mall at Reds branch?
