mc donalds little big moment turns out not to be

I received a voucher during the little big moment campaign. Instructions were to call a number, sms ***lowed that agent would contact me in 36 hours. This did not happen and I went through the process 3 times with no responce. Finally I emailed the adres provided but again no responce. Ive now given up as the deadline for redeeming vouchers was yesterday. Please Mc Donalds dont give out vouchers if you dont intend in validating them. Will make me more reluctant to support you in the future
