Mc Donalds Lemon tree half completed or wrong orders

The branch at Lemon Tree keeps missing orders and bringing half order meals to you. This is now the 3rd time under the watch of the "manager" called Dominic. The solution is, sorry for the inconvenience caused, can you come collect your own food at the restaurant. This is the solution offered after already having to have paid Mr Delivery to deliver my food. This is now the 3rd time and honestly is becoming a disgusting image for Mc Donalds RSA. Honestly. I moved from ordering from Alberton branch, due to the same problem and thought that Lemon tree would be better but it seems that there is one shift in this branch whereby no attention is given to their jobs and also the paying clients that must sit and wait for food for 3 hours simply because the orders arent checked properly. This needs to be addressed with urgency. I would like feedback on what measures have been put into place moving forward to prevent this horrible level of service.
