What a horrible experience! Used the drive thru today. When redeeming items from the app, the lady had no clue what she was doing. She had “don’t care attitude and when the redeem time passed she just gave me my phone back and said. Your time is up you cant order anymore, I had her call the shift supervisor, who is no better, she also had the same stinking attitude and did not even attempt to rectify their mistake. When I asked them how they going to get me back my items on the the app, they just continued speaking in their own language.
