Mc Donald's is the worst

They have one star cause they do not give you the option to give them a zero. Every single time we try to order from them there is always a problem. So today I try to order thinking it's a quite day let's get a quick meal before I need to get back to work. They literally ruined my hole morning. We placed and order at 10:40 according to the app food was supposed to be delivered at 11:15 @ 11: 55 our food was still not delivered. The app just says in progress I phone in and ask what's happening. I have to phone in then they put me on hold now I'm waiting my airtime as well. Then they put me through to the branch now I must speak to the branch still on my phone call and they Then want me to hold again while they contact the driver to find out where he is. So I tell them no they must call me back. They call back after 10 min asking if the food been delivered. Apparent driver was close. 15 min after the call driver still had not arrived. How close could have really been then. Eventually an hour and 20 (1:20 ) after placing a simple order they want to deliver. Now my hole morning ruined as I have had to leave and go back to work having not been able to eat anything. I'm now starving and annoyed and now have to put on a happy face for clients. Jee thanx Mc Donald!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My order number just incase anybody interested ***
