Mc Donald’s Incompetence

I’m absolutely disgusted and appalled at the Mc Donald’s in Strijdom, I went to this Mc Donald’s with a friend of mine today and a lady working at Mc Donald’s assisted me in placing my order because she could see I was struggling - thereafter I went to sit down to wait for my order. I waited for more than 30 minutes, before I decided to check what the issue was, and they told me they couldn’t find my order.

I asked them to please call the lady who assisted me in placing the order, on my side I couldn’t use the machine, and she assisted me in placing it, if it hadn’t gone through how was she not able to confirm this as she was assisting me. The lady didn’t come out and I waisted all my time waiting and at that, hungry. They told me me to place the order again, now again I must place an order and wait after having waited for so long before?

Thereafter my friend went to order ice cream from the counter and they absolutely refused to serve her and said she must order through the machine. I do not know what sh*tshow they are running here, but I am absolutely disappointed and upset.. this is one Mc Donald’s that we will not be setting foot in ever again!
