Mc donalds in ellis park is ****!

I order food from mc donalds,via Uber Eats for a pick up,in Ellis Park. And when I got to the Nc Donalds I was told that they cant give me the food a story about seeing the order but not knowing if they should give me my order!! And told me to cancel on the app,which is impossible!!! I then had to re-purchase my order and pay cash. 🙄
