Mc Donald's Herm**** Chaos

So last night before my Mom's second shift started at 7pm we decided to rather get some take away for us to eat to make things a little easier as she worked from 5am till 2pm that day too. We decided on Mc Donald's Herm**** drive through as this obviously has the quickest turn around time, then we got to Mc Donald's Herm**** it was so busy so we parked and decided to go in, there too it was extremely long queues, we had a bit of time on hand so we waited hoping that she could still eat her meal there then before dropping her off. So our order time there was 18:20 being in the queue for about 10min by then, our pick up list slip says 18:40, this also being incorrect as we only left there at 18:55, while me trying to ask them to just give me like one burger so long so my mom can actually just eat something before we drop her off round about 18:40. So thus our time from actually entering Mc Donald's till exit was almost an hour. We were not the only customers having problems with waiting for our food, incorrect ordering or order not complete as per original order, drinks, chips etc being forgotten, orders being forgotten completely being skipped as well as the staff running around like they have no order in how this system should work, yes they had a massive back log, Do they not have a system in place for double checks, making sure orders go out first that's been placed first, people staying at their stations and 2 runners making sure orders are correct? This was absolute chaos and I'm sure every one in this time frame was pretty ****ed off. We would have rather had a sit down meal and I'm sure we should have been helped sooner and left within the exact same time. Now I feel for the staff trying to do some sort of damage control but not even apologizing for this scenario they put all their customers in, in that time for me is also not acceptable. I don't know where things went wrong last night with this branch but I honestly feel that this staff could not handle everything and they should be trained in all kind of scenarios and how to handle it and do damage control.
