Mc Donald's food conditions

Today we found mould on the bottom of our burgers it was on the corners of the burger which as we are made to believe that mc Donalds food is fresh an up to date and the chips were stale lettuce on the burger was brown and soggy surely this does not live up to health rules and regulations which is a huge problem especially in this time of the pandemic and its is unfair to the customer because we cannot be expected to pay for a fresh and pay full price for old stale food
