Mc Donalds flora the worst service ever

It is the worst mc Donalds I have ever been to. For months every time we go there , they don't have something we want. Every time they can't give us milkshakes , saying the machine is not working. They give other customers ice cream but can't make a simple milkshake. This has been like this for over 6 months now.

I order a big Mac and wait nearly 30 mins for one item, while all the people that have big orders that came after me , got there meals..

While waiting I went to use the bath room, there is no toilet paper in any bath room. No cleaners to ask or anything.

We are extremely disappointed in this service , and actually feel like never going to mc Donalds again.. 1
