Mc Donald's

On the 14th afternoon from work I went to East Rand mall Mc Donald to buy food with my family, we've ordered from the self service at 15:51 and got the food at 16:13 we had a tag with the number 55 as I stood to ask the cashier to void my order she said your food was ready long it's been here in a tray while my table had a tag for number 55 my son was playing with that as she was going she told my son to put that thing on the table as she wants to see the number as I took the try to sit down on my table as I fetched my food we didn't have a toy on my try I had to go back for my toy with the slip on my hand that lady asked it's a boy or a girl I'm frustrated I'm hungry on the slip it states a 1boy toy.as went back to my table one medium fries its not on my order my partner stood up again to ask for fries that were missing on our order.Saziso they're he had a name tag on he gave my partner the fries and disappeared I ate food cold stale chips except for the late order of fried.Your service guys it's terrible the lady who calls on orders she didn't even have a name tag and cleaning I was like I'm no longer coming to MC Donald's ever again if this service I've to get it's not yet that hectic festive season yet but the service here it's bad I wished to go to Value mall that side it's much better.
