Mc Donald's Ermelo poor service

Mc Donald's Ermelo has the worst service I have ever received and I want them to know that. I have placed an order online several times and every time I have to phone them to find out when are they delivering my order and than it is already more than a hour and a half later. This is now happening every time I order. When I phone the consultant, they say they will phone me back but they never do, I have to phone a second time to find out how far is our order. This is ridiculous really to say the least. When the food arrives eventually our food is cold. I find this unacceptable and a real inconvenience.
