Mc Donald's Epping Biking business park

I went to Mc Donald's Epping on Friday 08/04/2022 and 1 cashier was helping the customer with redeeming vouchers for 20min and no-one wanted to assist me, when the lady in the kitchen told her ***orker to assist me she just looked at me and went on with what she was doing totally ignoring me, but as I was walking out she said something in Xhosa and laughed and I turned around without being served and without lunch. Their service is pathetic and we as customers always complain but nothing gets done about it.
