Mc donalds empangeni dosa

I am a regular customer of Mc donalds empangeni. Yesterday I sent my order to my delivery guy to order for me and pay. He went there and asked for chilli cheese tenders and 2 happy meals and 3 milkshakes. 1.They rang up chicken tenders and a chicken jalepeno sauce and when he sent me picture of slip I told him it's incorrect and show them the picture of what I Want so they said he must pay R25 additional which he did. 2.The Hamburger and cheese burger from happy meals were dry with less sauce and not fresh at all. 3.The chips were hard and definitely not made when order was placed. 4. All milkshakes were powdery and had a coffee syrup in them instead of Chocolate syrup and these meals were for children. 5.They almost never have variety of toys and if they do expect us to always give us the same if buying 2 or more happy meals.

An email was sent to them and no response. After spending R 203.20 and expecting goodmeals we actually just paid for disappointment. Just because you busy doesn't mean you customer service and food quality must drop.
