Mc Donald’s east Rand value mall ! Disgraceful service!

We ordered 2 mc flurry’s with chocolate sauce , called in when we got home to say there wasn’t any on it , they said come back and we’ll exchange them . Went back and the cashier forgot to add chocolate sauce onto the price . They then wanted us to pay 3.50 for sauce !! After we just spent way more than that to go back again on petrol ! The lady then got ****y when I asked what she said she wouldn’t repeat it walked away and ignored me ! Will never go back to east Rand value mall mc Donald’s ! This isn’t the first time we’ve gotten such bad customer service ! Learn how to speak to your clients !
