Mc Donalds disaster

Ordered 3 meals from Mc Donalds, Fourways Crossing at 12:30 to be delivered by Uber Eats. At 13:15 Uber Eats delivered only 2 meals, we then contacted the Fourways Crossing Mc Donalds 4 times, the first time, they advised they are looking into it, we waited 15 min without getting any response, we called again twice and there was no answer, the 4th time we called, they answered and rudely said they are sorting it out and hung up on us.

We tried again twice with no response

2 hours from the time the order was placed, Uber Eats arrived with the meal, and still, the drink was incorrect.

Mc Donalds this has been such a letdown!!!
