Mc Donald's Diepkloof Square Soweto bad service

my name is Mandisa this day of the 29/03/2022 i bought food at Mc Donald's Diepkloof Square on uber easts. my delivery had missing items and i quickly called the store and explained , i was then told i should wait for the driver to come back in 30min . i then asked if they could not assign any driver to deliver my missing items because my kids cant wait that long to get the food to eat i was then told by the manager that I do no appreciate after that my call was sent from pillar to post back and forth to anyone who thought they could handle the "annoying customer" even so, non of them could assist me on the simple thing i had asked for. i am not happy about the pathetic customer service i got and i will never buy there and by any means can i have the manager accountable because she could have handled this matter easy and professionally.
