Mc Donalds delivering dirty drinks

I ordered a big mac with cream soda drink but instead I received a dirty sprite filled with particles.in my attempt to reach out to Mc Donalds I got ignored and did not receive any communication nor a response from them.its really frustrating to buy something and not receive what you ordered on top of that find dirt particles ..its poor customer service and a health hazard.
