Mc Donald's Delft Mall Cape Town is disgusting they can't make food

I went to Mc Donald's at delft mall I bought two chicken fold overs and Chilli fries what we got was nothing but bad food the sauce on the fold over was mayonnaise the Chilli fries was something else I don't even know I even took a picture of it I wasted my money,I redeemed points to buy a Mc fizz then the machine did not print the slip I had to pay for my Mc fizz then when I spoke to the manager she said I will get my points back then when I went thee after a week seeing that my points are not back she said the is nothing she can do I told her about the bad food we bought we had to throw the food away we couldn't eat it and we couldn't go back that day because after we bought we drove out of cape town we realized on our way when we were far ba haiboo this is not what we normally get from other Mc Donald's and the waste of the money we spent on that day I payed using my standard bank card I am soo disgusted with Mc Donald's Delft Mall's food and service I will never go back and buy the again my m9ney went down the drain..
