MC Donalds Cashier and Shift Manager bring's branches reputation into disrepute

<p>I encountered by far the most pathetic and worst services ever from one of your MC Donalds branches. This incident happened in the early hours of Sunday morning between the hours of 3-4 am from a Branch which many see as the best Mc Donalds in our surrounding areas situated in N1 City Cape town. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever received from Mc Donalds and their staff. The Complaint is for both the Cashier and manager on duty at the time. First of all when we placed our order the cashier did not respond to us instead she just entered the order into your system without even uttering a word. We were not sure if we were speaking to a machine or to a person. When we questioned this we received no response. When we arrived at the cash counter to pay we were not greeted on our arrival. Secondly the casher refused to give us her name when we noticed she did not have a name tag on. Thirdly when the manager was called he had the worst attitude ever which in all honesty was indescribable, may I remind you that this was the shift manager on duty. When we questioned the cashier’s name tag, he said it did not matter where her tag was and asked us what we wanted with an abrupt tone. We asked for his name and he too refused to give this sighting that “it did not matter what his or her name was”. The service we received was callous and inappropriate. It left my passengers at a loss for words. From the two employees refusing to give their names, to having the card machine ripped out of my hands, to finding out that the burgers we ordered didn’t have any sauce or garnish on it. I am really sorry to take this to the press, but I will not be purchasing any meals from that particular Mc Donald’s again. I will rather support the surrounding KFC and Nando's take outs. Does MC Donalds staff, not go through customer service training? Is it not a part of your company’s policy to have a name tag on? What is going on MC Donalds? Do you not care about your customers do we come last on your list now?</p>
