Mc Donalds by Westgate Mall is the biggest ****** takeout branch, ever.

I had a very ****** experience at McDonald's by Westgate Mall. I sent two emails and have yet to get any response. I sent the first email on the 5th of July.

"I have a complaint that needs serious attention. Your MC Donald's branch that's opposite Westgate Mall in Mitchell's Plain.

My mother didn't want to come inside the franchise with the trolleys, I got the wrong understanding because the employees were talking **** about how we're Coloured and think we own the company by wanting to bring our trolleys into the place.

The cashier said that if we want to bring our trolleys into THEIR place, then we should go somewhere where they serve us champagne and hold our bags. Then they proceeded to talk in Xhosa and saying that we're disgusting Coloureds and that we "should take our **** and leave".

How is this ethical? How is this even plausible?

How is it that this ****** behaviour allowed in a family establishment?

Please sort this out immediately because I am going to take legal action."

and the second email:

"I sent an email to Mc Donalds customer care centre but did not get any response.

The employees at the Westgate branch in Mitchell's Plain are extremely ****** and use racial slurs like "disgusting coloureds" and told us that if we wanted to bring our trolleys into the establishment, then we should "**** off" to a place where they "serve champagne" and "hold the bags" for us.

I want to know how can people of this ****** mentality work at a family establishment? And I paid for a toy and ketchup, yet I was not given these things because "Coloureds don't deserve it".

I was asked to leave the establishment because I was upset and angry. The employee tried to coerce me into a physical fight with her.

Seriously, Mc Donalds?

Still NO response. I guess Mc Donalds really is just one, big ****** organisation.
