Mc Donalds Birthday is a farce!!!

This morning we called Mc Donalds Observatory to enquire whether we could order 12 of their birthday specials. A crew member by the name of Agnus advised us that we could. Myself and my colleague would just need to order 3 at a time but the limit would be 12 meals.<br> We arrived at Mc Donalds and went through the drive through only to be told that the special does not apply to drive through customers (************** right there) <br> We were then told to go inside and spoke to a manager (Bridgette) and she said no we cannot get the twelve meals. So why did your staff tell us that we could!!! Why were your staff not briefed correctly before this special? When I said that their adverti*****ts did not stipulate that it does not apply to drive through customers I was just told that they were still busy printing signage! I then got a great amount of disgusting attitude from Bridgette the manager.<br> How does this establishment operate? No staff training prior to big promotions, misleading information, rude management and disappointed customers.<br> <br> I am utterly disgusted and will not support Mc Donalds Observatory again.
