Mc Donalds Bayside Mall has the most disgusting service ever.

I have recently moved to cape town and decided to try out the Mc Donalds at Bayside Mall and have been there a few times and out of all the times I have been there I can only mention 1 good days where I received my food hot and had good and quick service. Other than that I have either had to wait between 20 to 30 min just to get served when they have 3 tills in front, or receive cold or old food and feel this is unacceptable. I have raised many complaints with their customer service and no one has gotten back to me at all and I keep seeing the complaint being resolved but no one called me. I do feel that there should be higher standard for such a big and succesful franchise but it has really been disgusting. I have been to many Mc Donalds between JHB, DBN and CPT but the bayside has been the worst. I have never had any bad service from any other branches ever. Mc Donalds Bayside Mall YOU REALLY NEED TO SORT THIS OUT. YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS THIS WAY GUYS. VERY VERY SAD GUYS.
