MC Donald's Ballito go the extra mile for customers...

I purchased a lime milkshake and it really wasn't very nice. When I returned to the Ballito store again, I casually mentioned it to the manager / owner and he apologised and informed me that the alignment of the machine was off but he had resolved the issue. He proceeded to make me a new milkshake free of charge and asked me if it tasted better . What excellent service, I will definitely sponsor his outlet from now on. Well done !
