Mc donalds bad service

On 29 Nov 22 ive purchase 2 happy meals cheese burgers with fries and 2 fruit cake mcflurry that amount to R202.80 i orderd online at Viking drive thru, the payment went through but i never received the food i called customer care at the time they said my money will be reversed in 10 working days, i still didnt receive my money.
