Mc Donald's App - Pathetic

Pathetic.

For months I've been unable to redeem my accumulated points on the Mc deez app, been to 3 to 4 different restaurants who could not assist or help, lodged a formal complaint via the call Centre but nothing was done. This was an app issue across all users.

Recently this had been fixed and we were notified of the same.

All well and to do, until you want to use your points. Ever since the issue had been resolved, you guys have taken away ALL redeemable MEAL options which you had before, why? All we can redeem is chips, ice cream, nuggets, and like a normal cheeseburger only. Again, why? This is so frustrating, why remove the meals which you had before?!

Further to this, my favorite meal which I used to redeem was the Grand Chicken Spicy meal, sometimes we could free up size this as well, yet this has been removed too?! Why? In fact, most of the meal options which you guys had on the app before has been removed!

Seriously, this used to be my favorite app to use but is now starting to be one of the WORST! Flip!

I'm sure I'm not the only person who has the same frustrations, can you guys please sort this out and ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS CONCERNS???!!

I'd be really surprised if I get a response from you guys here!
