Mc Donalda N1 City Complaint

Last night we ordered 2 x Big Mac Meals with loaded fries, 2 x cokes and a Mc Flurry. We paid, without checking the slip as you would think they would get the order right. However when we collected the order they gave us 3 x Big Mac meals 2 x Sprites and 1 x Fanta and 1 Mc Flurry, and no loaded fries. It was resolved, we got our refund and paid the extra for the loaded fries. When we got home we ate, the jalapeno's on the loaded fries were too hot to eat that I have been up all night with my stomach burning! We had loaded fries from Burger King and they were edible and had a decent burn to it. This shows that firstly they clearly do not listen when people place an order nor care....so sad that customer service is non existant.
