Mc Donald staff has no manner of approach

<p>Mc Donald braamfontein. Worse service ever, the security guard refused me to go upstairs just because I didn't have food with me, while I was looking for someone. Asked for manager some lady told me that's its standard procedure......since when is being rude standard procedure. They're service is bad and they have no people's s****s or manner of approach</p>
