Mc Donald Springs

<p>I placed a telephonic order and informed staff that I will collect order at drive through. On arrival 15 minutes later I was told by drive through operator that I will have to come inside to collect my order. When I refused to go inside Kenedy was called and he was the rudest person I have ever seen. You do not treat your customers like that!!!! I was told that if I don't come inside I will not have a valid reason to complain if anything is wrong with my order!! This ill treatment is an ongoing process at Springs Mc Donalds and I have phoned and complained about the staff before but there seems to be no improvement</p>
