Mc Donald's King William's Town Service sucks!

<p>Saturday 22nd July 2017, I visited McDonald's King William's Town to buy ice cream. to my dismay, we waited for nearly 30 minutes, no apology whatsover until I had to make a noise and the manager could not find anything wrong. I went off a second time and only then did he apologise and try to explain that they are shortstaffed. The restaurant was also dirty, with uncleared tables and food on the floor, pity my phone was dead at the time I could not take photo's. I found this totally unaxeptable of Mc Donald's.</p>
