Mc Donald Hillfox

I have had thee worst experience with my partner at McDonald Hillfox,Manager Ayanda could'nt be bothered because he knows that even if we lay a complaint all Mc Donald platforms are automated replies we won't get far.I paid for food on the self service machine.I walked out with no food at hand and no money I was told my order had not reflected onto their system but money went out of my account.The manager then told me a reversal will happen in the next 48hrs.The date today is 20/12/2021 I was at Hillfox on the 14/12/2021.Still no reversal took place.I do not reside in the area so now I must Uber to claim that amount.This is at my cost.Mc Donald do better jerrrr.
