MC DELIVERY AND MCDONALDS WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

On Friday morning I ordered breakfast for our Office via Mc Delivery (McDonald's Roodepoort) and when they delivered the breakfast, when i was swiping for delivery, the machine kept on saying unsuccessful for 3 times, little did i know that the money was indeed coming off my account. When i queried it on Friday i was informed that the refund will take 3 days (Which i dont think its suitable as you took my money within seconds not days). I waited the whole weekend and GUESS WHAT, my money is still not in my account. I queried it again and the store advised me that they cant do anything at the store level the only people that can help me is the guys at the Head Office as they said that my query is with the banks and i should be getting my money with 3-7 WORKING DAYS!!!! You are seriously terrible at this and im sure i wont be using your services very soon. Can you kindly refund me my money!!!!
