MC D Evaton gets worse by day

I decided to log my complaint here because I’ve always had a bad experience at this franchise. MC Donald’s Evaton. Previously, I had issues getting what I ordered as they’ll tell you that the hey don’t have that item in stock. Today I ordered via drive through and I was told to wait at the stop sign, fine. I waited for 15min . I had ordered two burgers and a wrap. The wrap is so dry, you know when you open the wrap packet and don’t seal it properly it gets dry.. and the patties are burnt and have dirt… like the grill dirt. I’m not happy at all , I’ve never had a good experience here. And to tell you a lot of people complain about this specific franchise. I wish I could upload pics here.
