Mc d alberton pathetic service

I placed an order with mc mc d alberton via mr d.last week already .the order that delivery was wrong a whole meal.was left out .the burgers were cold and the chips were hard ...it was not freshly presented. I logged complaint with mr d .they then escalated my query and put the balance of the meal in rand value on my app.i then called mc d ...and spoke to the manager on duty ..she said sorry she cant help me and the store manager will be back only on sunday .and she will give him the message. No customer service at all .this was already last week Friday ..to date no one has called me . I spent almost 400 just on a take away supper which was a disaster. disappointment
