Maybe you can’t read?

McDelivery Order: 1 Choc Caramel McFlurry 1 Oreo McFlurry

I ask very clearly, please see if you understand this:

“Add choc chips to the normal oreo mcflurry please”

My exact words. We have placed this order about 4 times, and somehow every single time the order gets delivered as a standard oreo mcflurry and a choc caramel mcflurry with extra choc chips.

I would really love to know why this simple request is so confusing to the McDonalds staff? I’m not asking that they perform open heart surgery, just to add chocolate chips to the normal oreo mcflurry.

Please properly train your staff to read and understand customer requests.

The delivery guys are awesome we love them.
