Manager/staff who gets angry when we redeeming our Mc Donalds offers

Why do the stuff always give us attitude and bad service every time we wanna redeem our vouchers and again according to the terms and conditions of redeeming our offers the 'manager' only wants a person to redeem only one offer per day but according to the terms and conditions it says one meal per day meaning i can not redeem e.g mc fizz twice a day and still can redeem other meals.But in other mc donalds like i was in pritchard Joburg CBD i was allowed to reddem more than one different offers.When i asked why the eastgate mc donald's differs from other mc donald's one of the employee said its the same just that the manager does not want.Therefore please help us get this matter resolved because with most of the offers we pay for them we don't get these items for free e.g i buy a special offer for R25 which is money, you get a medium burger and fries for only R25 instead of spending it at checkers i prefer to support mc donald's because i love mc donald's.Can we all be treated with the same respect no matter how much money we spend.
