Manager Nolufefe and Mc Cafe staff Bad Attitude towards customers!!!

<p>This morning waiting at Mc Donalds to open in Century City, seeing the Manager and staff stroling taking their time no sense of urgency aware that customers are waiting , I mentioned to the Manager that 7 sharp they should open, with no hesitation the Manager Nolufefe and Mc Cafe staff with orange sweater (who by the way utterly refused to give me her name) said in a loud shouting voice " haa go, go complain" (cleaning their teeth sound) direct in the customers face . How did the Manager be appointed with no basic customer service s****s and not even a concern about staff who then decided to debate with me loud infront of other customers. I am ashamed of this type of service from such a big brand i have no faith in Mc Donalds in Century City as Nolufefe has made it clear customer experience is of no importance , yet alone customer service. I would really like to know who is in charge of this staff!</p>
