Manager Gives Great Services

My husband, Zahier Arnold employee at the Protea Hotel Head Office cannot get over the amazing services he received from the Manager who is fairly new in his position at the Mcdonald's in Seapoint. A cashier billed him wronly for the meal he had ordered and when arguing with the cashier the manager Mr. Titus jokingly refused to give him what he wanted and once he was seated the waiter came by with a Milkshake on the house from the manager. Mr. Titus you are a great service provider and he truly enjoyed your services, he believes that you are equal to your staff and customers and hopes that you keep up the great attitude.
