Manager Complaint

I went to Macdonalds Parklands in table view. Ordered 2 big macs, and because there was no chips with the special, I ordered another large chips, and then a mc feast and a kiddies meal. Once I got my order at the drive through, I asked where my large chips was. I was confronted by a woman named Sindy, who I later found out is the manager. Absolutely no customer service, shouts at me that my chips are in the bag, I said they weren't as I ordered extra. She said they were not wrung up. So I said can I please have a large chips, however you will need to bring a card machine. She looked at me dismissively and said the card machine is there (poi ting at the previous pay point) instead of saying nicely ma'am would you mind driving back round to pay, or come inside, and apologise for the mistake. I was treated like a ********. I ended up finding the R23 for the chips in cash. Gave her the money, she laughed and spoke in xhosa, I picked the money up and gave it to her again, she walked off and left someone else to give me the chips. I am ABSOLUTELY HORRIED by her behaviour and her treatment of me, like I was less than human. I will be taking this further as I want her to be reprimanded, and given customer service.
