Manager at Walmer Mcdonalds doesn't give a @.#!

Arrogant manager Alice at walmer port Elizabeth McDonalds. Stops serving hamburgers at 22h30 because they are cleaning the grill. Then I complained got a burger but because they were running banking on one speed point she said it wasn't working. Swiped again . Now I'm charged twice for one meal. And I'm told it will be reversed in 48hrs. Manager Alice also says she can't do anything about it and it's not her problem. Seeing as McDonald's doesn't respond on this site I doubt this helps
