Management of Staff and Customers

while waiting on a queue for the cashier to attend me, I was asked to move to another queue. There was no process followed to allow those that were on the same queue to be done with and close the shift for the cashier. When I queried why I was moved to the back of the queue while I was at the front, the Lady who was packing fries said she doesn't care and i don't matter as there are many customers in the shop. I don't think I will ever buy from MC Donald's as we are nothing but a bill to them.
