Management disgrace

This store was closed this morning at 5am for drive through service. Tme manager and security guard looked through the window at me, and the manager sent the security guard to try and explain to me why they only open at 7am today. After a number of attempts to get an explanation from the manager, I was told the manager was too busy to speak to me. What kind of manager does not understand the customer is the business. How arrogant is a manager to think he is too important to speak to a customer.
