Making me wait long

I was coming in this morning Saterday 11 June to get me a Cupachino. In the shop were already two guys waiting for the same order because when I place my order the teller look to them and smile saying cupachino. So I ask if I'm gonna wait long she first let me pay then said no. So I wait 10minutes then she came back saying the machine is not working. That's bad service she knew there was a problem should have told me. The result make me lose my train. Sorry Bellville Mc Donalds won't see me again not their first in disapointing me. I will tjou vissit other Franchises
