Makes me wait and then gives me terrible food

Hello,<br> <br> Yesterday morning and last night I had some trouble around service. The morning I bought a share box and the lady at the window tells me to go wait in the parking lot, I really don't mind waiting as long as its not too long. She comes back to me and gives me the package. As soon as we start eating (in the car) the chicken mac burger is cold and tasted like it was the previous days food that's how stale the patty's were it was like biting on card board. The rest of the food was cold except for 2 junior chicken burgers. The same night I had some hope of getting better service.
