Made a mistake twice!!!! In one order, one burger!!

McDonalds George, Courtney Street!!

I am always a happy Mcdonalds customer, but tonight when we ordered Mc donalds for dinner I felt otherwise! I ordered a Bigmac and wanted to start eating it, when I opened the burger I saw there were absolutely NO Bigmac sauce, that is what makes the burger different from the others!! My boyfriend went back inside and they gave us a new one, openend the second one and it had the sauce this time, BUT it had no lettuce- again, the lettuce goes with the sauce, you can’t have either or, it all goes together. I dis not go back a second time, my boyfriend was already done eating and I just left!

My point is, they got their money, I did my part. They did not do their part and couldn’t even correct a Bigmac by the second time.

Really upset anout having to eat something that doesn’t like it’s supposed to. I paid for everything and was supposed to receive everything!!
