McDonalds Richards Bay Drive through has a unusual situation where there is a secondary collection window slightly ahead of the main collection. Attendants will ask you to proceed to go wait at the next window if there is a delay with your order. Now the problem is, and to note i took it up with the manager who agreed with me fully, for longer lenght cars it is risky parking at the secondary window as the car behind you can clip your tail while exiting. Where u should wait is at the 2 bays designated for this purpose however the attendants dont want to walk to you. secondly the waiting bays are often occupied by Mr D staff and bikes.
